Support

OSSEC provides a wide variety of community support options available for our users. Please note that the “community” support is provided by volunteers, and even though they will do their best to answer and help you, this may not be always possible. The rules are: be polite and provide enough information so everyone can understand your issue.

Available options:

>Commercial support - If paid/enterprise-class support is needed.
>Users mailing list - Installation, configuration and usage issues.
>Development mailing list - Everything regarding development/code.
>Bugzilla - Report bugs on OSSEC .

Commercial Support

Everyone knows that support and technical expertise are critical in ensuring the success of any product deployment. With an open source project this is not different. If you need enterprise-class commercial support for OSSEC, Third Brigade, Inc., the company behind this great open source project, offers this option to our users. For more information, visit the OSSEC commercial support page.
