[ossec-dev] Scripting manage_agents using perl without using Expect

For anyone that doesn't want to use Expect to run manage_agents and
would prefer a fully scriptable method, here is a script that will do
it all for you:

This was mainly inspired after looking at code from Brad Lhotsky of
the NIH.
