Well it looks like I was wrong on both last comments. In both cases rootcheck
is still running on fresh 1.3 install (although I choose 'no' when I asked by
install) and in 1.1 upgraded to 1.3 (where I've deleted
<rootcheck>...</rootcheck> section from ossec.conf completely).
