When I receive an email notification, the email time is incorrect: for example
an event generated at 15:41:17 generates an email with this time "Fri, 16 Mar
2007 15:41:17 CET  (16:41 CET)" and the email client show me "16:41" (should be
15:41)

* Email client is Evolution 2.8.1
* Time and timezone are correctly configured in the Linux server and in my
Linux client.
* When I send a mail from the server, the time is correct.
* OSSEC is 1.1
