I am attaching the dmesg output from my machine for your review.  If there is
other output that you would like me to provide, please tell me exactly what you
want and I'll provide it.

If I sounded irritated at your response, it's simply because I don't understand
how a leading security team could take a report that their software is causing
kernel panics so lackadaisically.  I have suffered through several major
outages over the last two weeks, and at least one of them is directly tied to
your new release.  

Whether you realize it or not, this is a PR nightmare for you, and my advice is
that you pull the new release until you have identified the problem and have
resolved it.  

I am happy to provide you with the information you need, but simply asking me
for my "configuration" is not enough.  I am not a kernel hacker and I don't
know the ossec code, so if you want my help, tell me exactly what you need and
I'll do my best to provide it.
