[Ossec-list] solaris

Trying to build ossec-hids-0.6 on Solaris 9 (Sparc) and keep getting
errors that appear as shown below:

gcc: -lsocket: linker input file unused because linking not done
gcc: -lnsl: linker input file unused because linking not done
gcc: -lresolv: linker input file unused because linking not done

and the final error that appears is "/usr/ucb/ld: /usr/ccs/bin/ld: not found"

I have verified and there is an "ld" file in /usr/ucb. I even tried to
link /usr/ucb/ld to /usr/ccs/bin/ld but this causes the install.sh
script to lock up.

Is there a Solaris package missing or something else that needs to be done?
