Hi Nerijus,
The version 0.7 (just released) should work on Mac OS X. Thanks to Giannis,
who let me use his box I was able to fix the problem.
There is just one issue. You need to add the users before doing the
install. For some reason I couldn't find a way to add users via the command
line...
*You need to add the group "ossec".
*You need to add the users: "ossec", "ossecr", "ossecm" and "ossece".
All these users must be members of the group 'ossec'. They don't need
a valid shell or a valid password.
