The best way is to delete it and install again :) Basically, just a:
/var/ossec/bin/ossec-control stop
rm -rf /var/ossec
Should solve it. However, you can also check out the "clear_stats" and the
"update_syscheck" tools. They basically allow you to clear the daily/weekly
stats/averages and to update the syscheck database. They are not in the
documentation (yet), but their "-h" flag should help.
*Btw, is anyone interested in giving me a help with the documentation? We could
share parts of it, making it better for everyone...
