Two issues:

1) Email is still coming from ossect (not ossecm) which is not a real
   account.

The fix is one character in install.sh

2) Why don't we distribute an /etc/init.d start/stop script (instead
   of adding ossec startup to /etc/rc.local)? This would also allow
   us to do things like:

   service ossec status
