I was imprecise.  What I meant to say was 'I used manage_agents on the
server to uninstall and reinstall the agent keys, and then re-imported
them on the agent side to make sure they matched'.

None at all.  In fact, I restarted it at 10:23 last night, and /var/
ossec/logs/ossec.log has no entries at all since then.

I think it's a firewall problem - I'm letting it go one way, but not
back.  I'll trying that this morning.  Thanks much...
