[ossec-list] Reinstall server for active-response

I'm looking for some guidance on the best way to resintall an established
server in order to have active-response functionality.  This is the case of
during the server install, we didn't select to include the active-reponse
piece.  Now that we'd like some clients to have active-response, that of
course, doesn't work without active response on the server side.
