Hello Marco,

I have these versions of OSSEC running on several Windows machines and 
don't have these problems.  Are you sure you don't have a transient disk 
  space issue?  Maybe some other process is creating temporary files 
which  fill up the disk and then clean up.  What do the Windows logs 
report around this time?
